Project Description

Water infiltration from both external sources and internal areas, particularly bathrooms, was severely compromising the structural integrity of the old building. The prolonged presence of moisture led to steel corrosion, concrete erosion, and progressive weakening of the foundations, resulting in cracks and posing a potential risk of structural failure.
Our intervention focused primarily on comprehensive waterproofing, steel reinforcement, and concrete repair, effectively restoring the building’s structural integrity and extending its service life by an estimated 25 years.
